I believed in Santa until I graduated High School. Dad always said Santa quit coming once ya stopped believing.

We always said that when they asked we would tell them the truth.

They found out the Tooth Fairy, Easter Bunny and Santa were not real, all at the same time.

We also told them that if they told any of the younger cousins or kids we knew that the goodies would stop coming too.

My best friends' oldest daughter, when she figured it out for herself at 5 years old, decided she'd be the helpful one to tell all the other kids in her kindergarden class that Santa was really their parents. She couldn't understand the bawling that ensued. My buddy just laughed when parents would call him, being all angry over it.
