I have always seen more deer moving during a cold drizzle. When the rain hits hard they bed down and head for cover

I'll hunt anywhere when it's raining, no preference on cover. If I'm in a tree I just wear a camo poncho.

Hadn't rained at my place in a month and half. Seed and fertilizer has been in the ground for almost 4 weeks. It ain't gonna rain. Just go hunting and have a good time.

Seems to me that most changes in weather patterns are a good time to hunt, I like to be out there when the rain stops.
