Well I feel really good after both interviews. The IT job it wasn't as technical of questions as I thought. They asked a few but most were based around my personality and how I would work as a team member. I think I did very well on it. Now lets just hope they give me the shot to prove myself technical wise.
As for the Sergeant interview. It went even better than the IT job interview in my book. I was confident in my answers, clear, concise and gave black and white answers not grey area one's that could be left open for their interpretation. I was in and out on that interview in 15 minutes. Every answer got a thumbs up from one of the Lt's on the interview panel. Outside he told me how direct and to the point my answers were and that was the first interview out of 25 that was that way. He said I came across as sure in my answers and confident which he said is a huge bonus.
I did what I could not the balls in their court and the decision is in HIS hands. Thanks for the kind words of support.
