For the Windows guys who don't want to spend a lot of (or any) money, Windows Movie Maker is actually good enough for 90% of the folks out there making their own videos. Plus it comes with the OS. Cannot beat it for the money.

If all your doing is adding music and slow-motion I believe this will do all of that. Best part about it, its free!
