Thanks everyone! I'm still so excited Kuma can't even relax. My GF and I celebrated and had a home delivered meal for dinner....pathetic, nah...not at my age and so blessed. I know a lot if not most of you don't do FB, but I do so I can see what my sons and their families are doing. So earlier this evening, I posted the good news. I'm amazed with close to 60 responses from folks I have not seen or talked to in years.

So you had done land & ranch sales before?

With the "crash" of the real estate market in late '07-'08, I chose like many realtors to find another career as paychecks grew farther apart. I always missed it and wanted to get back to what I really enjoyed. I know I probably confuse a lot of the GS with my posts, been fortunate to do a lot of things in my life but that has always been my nature...never was one to be afraid to take the plunge. But this is and has always been my "heart and soul," now I'm back in my GOLDEN years looking forward to the next day again.

This is great news! Should be a great time to get into the lot selling business now finally. We also do this as part of our living. Finally seeing a decent turn around after 5 terribly bad years.
