I grew up around em. Now we have piles of em on our place where I was raised. I've never seen a nut sack on any of em. Jus sayin.

We used to have a place near Woodville and it was full of those suckers. I think we saw like 5 of them in the few years we hunted there. One was a full 6'. HUGE!!!

We had a few on our place east of Centerville, but we had a BUNCH of cottonmouth..

Can't kill/capture them in TX like western diamondbacks because they are protected. But you can kill one in your yard that is causing imminent danger to humans, so your Fox Terrier is not a felon. Not unless he throws it in the back of the truck and drives all over town showing it off, then he gets a ticket from the GW(not a felony),

Can't catch and release one either, that's the GW job.
