        So these 2 Timber Rattlers crawl into a bar. "How you doin tonight Cletus?" "Jethro I am so worn out my nuts are draggin, literally!"

            I told a true story on here a while back about one chasing me and another Forester marking timber near Lake Conroe.

            I was flat out called a liar so I won't tell that story again.

                Same people will tell you a cotton mouth ain't aggressive. That's cause they hadn't been around enough of em.

                    Can't kill/capture them in TX like western diamondbacks because they are protected. But you can kill one in your yard that is causing imminent danger to humans, so your Fox Terrier is not a felon. Not unless he throws it in the back of the truck and drives all over town showing it off, then he gets a ticket from the GW(not a felony),

                    Can't catch and release one either, that's the GW job.
