Someone needs to explain to me how integrity has anything to do with things being miss marked. Stores pay people to input the prices into the system. And they pay people to check them. And put the correct price on the shelf.

Whats funny is you are preaching to me and judging me and trying to teach me a lesson in your post. We will agree to disagree. Have a great opening day and if your ever behind me Ill buy you coffee.
I have spent enough at Academy in the last six weeks to make up for the hit they took on the jacket.

The cashier didn't know it was mismarked. The right thing to do is pay the store what the store charges for the item, not what some stock person accidentally marked it as.

So the store charged less than you think it should have, and it's someone's fault?

If you scan things on sale before you take em to the register you can sometimes find things marked down to next to nothing. High quality rods, reels, lots of stuff . Its what they do to give customers a little gift for shopping there.

We're all guided by our own set of morals and ethics. I have mine. Some people think it's ok to steal if that's the only way to feed their families, some people have a very strict moral code, and some people fall somewhere in the middle. And a few have none lol

I'm stunned at some of the responses here.
Simply ask yourself this....If I owned the store, how would I feel?
The issue here seems to be each individuals different life philosphy......"screw and get screwed" or "do unto others as you'd want done to you." One's karma and one's a biblical principle. You're not going to cheat either one.
