Very nice! That's why I always go academy. I am pretty good at finding deals like that. Bout my wife a drake jacket two years ago for 59 that retails 359 at most other places.

I bought eight or nine pairs of khaki pants for $1.44 each a while back. We usually hit Academy right after early church to check out the deals.

someone did the switcharoo on that tag and was setting this up. They were probably standing next to you when you grabbed it

I really didnt check to see see if there was more like this. I simply browsed grabbed the jacket and payed. Cashier opened it up and scanned it, i didnt switch tags or anything.

Threads like this come up all the time on outdoors forums. My stance, you know that the store made a mistake and is losing money so you are ripping them off. Is it really that more dishonest if you were to switch the tags yourself? I'd take it back and pay an honest price.

The thing is if Academy was "informed" they would just give it to him for the same price. They honor any mistakes they make on price tags. I've experienced it a few times. I told them about tag issues when I got to the counter and they said don't worry about it. This was the manager speaking each time.

HAHA snooze you loose, im sure he frequents the store very often. he is probably due for a discount, they wont go under. I promise you will still be able to visit the store again. they are always discounting items in the store, least year on cyber Monday I bought a 64 gun safe for $599, they are still afloat!
