All PM's answered. I got an email from Randy Hyatt, Morgan's step dad, and he said that he wanted to thank all of you and that he has read the thread and said it was amazing that you all were so willing to help. More lives touched by Morgan...
I will update everything later this morning. Ya'll rock
Spoke to the owner of Texastinypigs.com and reserved Mini Me for Morgan.
Mini Me currently weighs 1lb and will be ready to go on the 25-27 which will coincide with the weekend of the hunt. Savannah Seams and her mother at Texastinypigs.com went over and above and were so very kinda and gracious to donate Mini Me at NO CHARGE!! I am rarely at a loss for words and it got real real dusty in my office when she called me back to inform me that it was their gift to Morgan.
SouthTX1911 and his family of Magnolia will host the hunt on their land and have been praying to use their property for an occasion just like this.
Food sponsor- our very own Dugie with the Regian Company and Brookshire Bros. For this, I will need some cooks and prep folks. Some of the guys listed below are local to Magnolia and will be overseeing and coordinating the efforts. Mr. Whiskers in particular
I did post her sizes up and many have expressed interest in outfitting her with camo, hunting boots and gear. We need to try and get on the same page and make sure we don't over do it since they are in close quarters where they are living in a fifth wheel in Houston awaiting the call for translplant. WCB will be the man to coordinate this.
I will try and speak to Morgan's step dad and mom to see if there are things that Morgan needs that are not hunting related.

What I need right now is someone with a hook up to get a youth crossbow whether we have to buy it or borrow it around the Houston area and a target. Let me know on this asap
Do you have an address or email for the young lady (with her parents permission of course) that we could send her letters of encouragement or hopefully congrats afterwards?
So glad to be a part of this for Morgan and we will be doing everything we possibly can to make sure she has an AMAZING experience.
One thing we thought of that would be really helpful to have whether borrowed or bought would be a Caldwell Field Pod to help Morgan hold up the crossbow for a shot.
Here is a pic of what I'm talking about. If you have one she could borrow please let Mike know. Thanks so much to everyone who is helping out! This is gonna be an awesome experience!

Or if she's interested, see if she would join TBH. I gotta feeling there's a lot of folks on here that would love to cheer her on.
What's on the menu? We have a big pit that I think I could borrow from my folks in Tomball. It's a trailer pit and should be road worthy. Big enough to cook about 30-40 briskets on at once. Not sure if you would be needing a BBQ style pit or more of a grill? Might be able to help with either.

We have a good sized pit already (not quite that big!) but it just depends on how many folk we will have out there. Mike would know more about the number of people that'll eat.

Rgr that. It's not far, so if we think we can manage with what you have then great, if not then it's a short trip down the road to get backup.
