1. Have your bachelor party at least 2 days before the wedding, walking down the aisle hungover on 4 hours sleep with bags under your eyes is zero fun nor will it impress your new bride (although it will be the last time you can pull that off and still get some that night)
2. Have someone make you and your bride to go plates of food. You will be so busy at the reception you won't eat much. At the end of the night at the house/hotel you will be really glad to have an easy meal.
3. Try not to hold anything your bride to be does between now and then against her... she's about to be a frantic mess.
4. At least one if not multiple family members are going to be upset about something with the wedding. Don't try to please everyone, you can't do it.
5. Try to say the right name
Have fun and congrats!!!

this is good...
Ok veteran is a stretch, we are on months of official marrage( and 2 years of living in sin lol)
But for the wedding my advice,
1. listen more than you talk
2. HAVE FUN!!! LAUGH!!! THIS IS A TOP 10 MOMENT IN YOUR LIFE SOAK IT IN AND ENJOY IT.
I actually really enjoyed the ceremony... call me crazy, we laugh, I got choked up. She got REALLY CHOKED UP... the pastor called me by my last name not my first, there was giggling cause I couldn't hold it together...
3. ok, i'm not saying don't drink at all... But I am saying not get so bad you have issues.
lastly, thank you groomsmen for the support. We had a great bach part, fishing, night vision hunting... making fun of each other... bbq... was awesome and I remember it all

Marriage is fun...but there are times it's not...i have been married for 15 years..my wife don't fish or hunt...i think I am still married because she puts no limits on my love of hunting and fishing...u just have to balance it out....teach the kids to hunt and fish when u have some...If u have all girls, invest in a good hunting dog...He or she will always want to go .....lol
