Carol's Cafe in Schulenburg. The cafe is inside the livestock auction barn and the burgers are huge!

What are some of the best Hamburger joints in Central Texas. I heard of one in Richland Springs I am thinking about trying this weekend. Revered Jims in Buchanan Dam is awesome. Any others?

Cahoots in Goldthwaite during the weekdays is awesome. Up the road in Zepher is a gas station that has even better burgers but dont know the name.

carol's cafe at the auction barn in schulenburg, tx has some good ones

^^^ used to work all the auction barns around there, carol's was always the best burgers and tallest tales!
