I'm still waiting on him to drive up in that 2015 F250 Crew-cab diesel Lariat for under $40K including TTL... In fact I think there are about 10 guys waiting on theirs too...

Other than that quit quoting him... he's on my ignore list..

I am a carnivore. If I go low fat, high carb I gain weight. Low carb - high protein, I lose weight.

              I am a carnivore.

Those that eat all the right foods, give up beer, and spend lots of time in the gym don't really live longer - it just seems longer!

At 16 I started work at Tucker Lumber Co in Hillsboro. 220 and a 38 waist. 3 months later I started my junior year weighing 185 with a 31 waist. We had lunch at Brookshires and it consisted of a pound and a half of chicken tenders, 2 Hershey bars and large cokes. We simply burned the calories off.

Now I'm 260 and 38. Don't carry it like I used to, but the weight is there. It's a active thing

The conclusion I draw from my 40 year experiment with eating the proper foods the proper way is that it is all a mistake or a cruel joke.. Chicken fried steak, red beans, corn bread, and fried taters for me tonight... If I got to go at least I'm going in style enjoying my life. Staying healthy at least as "THEY" would have you live is not that much fun..

Big breakfast, pancakes, 4 sunny-side up eggs, sausage and hash-browns...

Lunch... maybe a big juicy double, double from Whataburger with onion rings and a chocolate malt..

Already feel better just talking about it..

I don't workout/exercise/eat right to prolong my life. I do it to feel better both mentally and physically while I am alive.

I'll turn 68 in November. I'm 6' tall and when I was in the Air Force in the 60's I weighed 159 lbs, when I weighed myself this morning I weighed 166 lbs. I eat pretty much what I want, lots of meat (lots of venison) and beans and rice. I seldom eat french fries and most of my potatoes are roasted with herbs. I drink a limited amount of beer and almost no sodas. I usually drink unsweetened ice tea or black coffee. I don't work out but do walk 2 miles or so with my dog each morning. I lost a leg in a motorcycle accident in '68 so am limited in some activities. I don't take any medication on a regular basis. I may keel over in the morning, but I don't worry about it.

I think that's how I feel now... I'm 65 and almost everything that once worked has quit or fallen off so I might as well enjoy the time I have left..
