This exactly. Had that happen to a pump of mine, replaced extractor spring and I was back in business.

There was a thread last year about an issue with the Remington Heavy Dove loads. I was having that issue & I shoot a Benelli. It would shoot Rio shells just fine, but would jam using Remington. Mine was cleaned prior to season as well...
