Take into consideration where you are going to store it before you go out and buy a huge mower. ZTR mowers will cut your mowing time in half versus the tractor rigs. I mow a quarter acre with obstacles in about 30 minutes with my 36" Dixon and have room to park it in the garage.

Randy, your link didn't work for me, so I added the second one. Someone let me know if either, or both, the above links work.

You need a bobcat! Great mowers with lifetime deck warranty. I use mine for the house and commercial use.

I bought hustler HD with 48" deck for an acre
I also have a Hustler 48" deck. I agree about having a Kawasaki engine. There are a lot of good Zero Turn mowers - just pick the one that is priced right & feels the best. You should test a few out before making a purchase.

I have an Exmark 48" 22 hp Kawasaki. I abuse that thing and have only had one problem with it that 100% my fault. I was using it like a brush hog and broke the belt when I hit something I couldn't see. Just my 2 cents.

Exmark pioneer here with a 48" deck and kawasaki engine. Been a good mower but if i did it again i would try an go Scag because i believe they are all shaft driven
