I have it set to where it takes pics all day. I thought 3 bars would be enough? I'll keep trying. Thanks

I am impressed with the range and sensitivity. Even with the grass(that needs to go) I get pics with deer.

3 bars is plenty. Yes it will still send pics with sms off. It just keeps it from having to communicate and respond to commands constantly and lets it just take and send pics. Thus battery life is extended greatly. Also if you suspect pics aren't being sent check the battery life on the last sent pics. Mine won't send pics at or below 4 but still stores them on the card.

I set one up yesterday for the First time. Took pics till I left around 7:30pm. Started getting pics today at 10:30am and they quit around 2:30pm. Don't know if I set it up wrong or not. I'll let it play out for a few days and then go ck it later this week.
