    I own several gravity smokers, and can't reinforce the value of letting the heat/smoke doing the work for you. While they claim they are 30-40% more efficient, I'd say they literally use half of the fuel of an offset cooker. I love mine and don't think I will ever have an offset after I sell my current stick burner.

      What kind do you have? Where is the best value?

        I swear I saw one of these in the HEB at Kerrville. Might not have been that brand, but surely that design.

          I ordered it directly through Stumps in Georgia. Shipping cost is estimated at $260. They will have a Stumps dealer in the Dallas area at the beginning of next year.

              I've been eyeing them also. Don't cook very much my XL egg can't handle though.
