I just had the same thing happen, best interview of my life. I got the call the following week and they told me they went with someone with more pipeline experience. It's hard, but we need to stick with it, it'll work out eventually.Comment

I was online and found out that my desired future company has posted 2 listing for jobs I qualify for. Also, one of the hiring decision makes has viewed my Linkedin Profile.
I sent a resume back in February thru a contact. They were not listing openings at that time. Now I have to figure out how to proceed.Comment

I read somewhere companies are looking for people that job hop! Every job I have ever had has come to me. I have been at everyone I have worked for over 10 years. I have been interested in changing jobs (17 years here) but it seems to me people don't want what I have to offer: stability, knowledge, dependability, intelligence, a willingness to learn and perform. I know I am over qualified for most or I guess I need a green card.
