Let me try to explain what I see here, to alleviate the pain.


Note the thick thighs laying just to the bottom left of this photo, in complete, absolute surrender posture. What you can not see in this image is, there is about 50 - 75 of these women, lined up further off to the left. The Duke simply slipped his WARM UP SHORTS on, as he puffed a smoke between 25 - 50 female fans, each on requesting, personal "one on one - one handed push up - cardio vascular," training.

The Duke had 2 options...walk back upstream 200 yards to his bath rob, to the left of this photo and or, break-out the smoking bag - slip on a quick pair of trunks - and simply take a "CAMEL - NON -FILTER SMOKE BREAK," with a few shots of Bourbon whiskey chasers (buried in the smoke bag," before moving off to the right, with another 300 or 400 girls to go.
