First, you need a general. One who has all the right ideas and is capable of leading men (selflessly and vigorously) and dying for those ideas. Second, you need an army with all the right ideas and cabable of following aforementioned general. Next... you need a match.

The problem is that there are enough lifetime politicians in office that know they will never be voted out that have also come to believe that they are in office to rule over us instead of represent us. Another issue are judges appointed by politicians that are simple rubber stamps for them, or decide to legislate from the bench. Revolution isn't required to start over. First vote out incumbents, especially senators and judges, then a constitutional amendment that all federal laws sunset in ten years, allows recall elections of Congress members and a way to for voters to remove appointed judges.

I bet that would get a protest going!!

That's the reason they do the automatic withholding so it doesn't scare the average person, if everyone had to send in a check to good ol Uncle Sam every quarter like I do they would start thinking twice about where all that money is going.

Affect party change for your state. They really needed it this year with the plank regarding homosexuality on the state level. Run for county or state office for name recognition. Get backing by king street patriots and other organizations.

Run for offices with door to door campaigns and cantor's ousting is proof that a message that people want and need will affect voter turnout in primaries. Cantor outspent something like $5m to 207k. At the same time, realize that certain congressional districts are unwinnable, i.e. SheJack.

Federal level house seats have no restriction of having to live in that district to run, so focus on weaker incumbents with a solid message.


Most important, as a conservative, be prepared to have a colonoscopy by the media and attack ads based on lies since SCOTUSrecently ruled lies in political ads are free speech.

I think the only way that it would ever happen with an electronic system is to make the source of the code used available to everybody that that it can be bullet proofed by the people.
