Centerville for 10+ yrs as a kid right outside town by the old fair ground barn. Me and my cousins walked that place 100s of times seemed like! Way better squirrel hunting then big buck hunting I'd trade any lease to have it again

San Saba in the early 70's. We hunted with some looney toons back then. They Shot everything in sight. Way before Texas Trophy Hunters.

I never new it could get that cold in Texas.

Palo Pinto County outside of Gordon. Part of our lease is now a part of Palo Pinto lake. Place was off of FM 2692. Dad started hunting there in the late 50's and we lost the lease in 78. Started goin with my dad when I was 4, killed my first deer there. I got to hunt it a couple of times in the 80's when it came under new ownership. Talk about memories flooding back!

I was 15 dad got me on a lease with 3 other folks on 200 acres. outside san antonio

was located off Potranco road just past 1604. Feeders were wind driven or hand corned. not many deer out there, but did takr a doe and spike
before that we hunted the abandoned rock quarry on corner of ingram road and loop 410

that is where ingram park mall sits now.

Property along Great Hills golf course in North West Austin. Killed a basket rack 120" 12 point there.

We didn't have leases growing up. We hunted some pipeline right of way land until the lease wars started. We have the same lease that we have been hunting for twenty five years. It is about five miles north of Junction City, AR.

A little 150 acre place near Llano 30 years ago. We had the property to ourselves during deer season. Owner only charged us a kill fee, $50/doe and $100/buck, plus he had a walkin cooler to keep the deer!
