My neighbor who I like very much has a dog like that.
I told him since I have little kids I'd kill his dog if it
Came to my house. He said" Kirby he's a good dog but if he's at your place then you do what you got to do" " it's my responsibility to keep him at home and if I fail at that then I deserve what I get"
    Great neighbor
    That is a good neighbor

5 AM this morning, we could hear barking through the baby monitor. I get up and go out the front door, and the dog is looking in my kid's window, barking and scratching at the screen. I attempt to run it off and it charges me. By the time I'm back out with the 9MM, the dog is back in its yard.

Noone can walk their dogs unarmed, no kids playing in the front yards, etc.

I AM completely within my right to shoot it if It comes in my yard aggressively, right? I won't be caught outside without my pistol again.
At approx 5:01am I would have shot and killed said dog. Problem solved.

Just put the dog to sleep so he can't wake up. One steak a some ground up muscle relaxers and barbiturate and toss it over the fence. Good night doggie.

We're outside the city limits and each lot is right at an acre. No local P.D., just the sheriffs office.

S.O. has been called, and the guy who is going out there today gave me his personal cell # and told me to call him immediately if there are any more problems after today.

We'll see. I'll still be carrying. We're all fed up with stray dogs, there's too many out here.

Had to shoot my wifes best friends dog from down the street a few years ago for the same reason. They will get over it.

In my neighborhood the owner would find the dog dead, cause unknown, other than the bullet hole.

I would kill it. even I lived in town. I might actually kill it out their yard if it threaten my family, just not with a gun. one thing is for sure, it wouldn't live to do it again.

Barking at your baby and trying to get in the window?

                              Dead dog.

Yes ! The first time ! Dogs that charge humans need to die unless they are on their own porch.

                                LEO's canines exempted of course.
