Even if you have a jacked up truck with a grill guard etc., when was the last time you heard about someone deliberately swerving to hit anything?

I have no doubt that the dogs were ran over. The rest of it about them being "murdered" and the person deliberately trying to hit them doesn't jibe.
I wouldn't believe her if she told me the sky was blue.
