Duck hunting guides in North Texas?

Looking for a guide to take the wife and I duck hunting this Fall. Neither of us have ever hunted for ducks. I've dove hunted for many years and the wife is just now getting into hunting. Took her dove and pig hunting last year. Looking for something new for both of us to try.

Wanted to give TBH a shot first to see if ya'll had any recommendations for who to use as a guide in NTX. We can travel within couple of hours from WF.

Look up J.J. Kent. He's there around WF area I believe and seems to run a good operation.

Surprised theres not more first hand experiences with duck hunting guides. I'll give some of the contacts above me a call.

Is it typically the guides responsibility to do all of the calling? I don't know the first thing when it comes to calling so I'd imagine I wouldn't be good at it!

Bryan is a good guy and if there are birds in the area they'll have 'em.

I've been hunting with a few "guides" who couldn't blow a duck call to save their life!
