What could i expect the price difference to be between having a company do it and doing it myself?

If anyone reading has fenced before, would you have done it any differently?

What is the longevity of current non-coated fencing?

I'm having 1.8 miles done for around 26k

Check with Stuart Peters here in Goldthwaite. He will travel and puts up a good high fence. He has done lots of them in this area. Has dozer and everything needed to put up fence. If on a county road the local county commissioner might clear it for nothing.

I built a fence in Jan and it was $18,500/ mile with predator wire on bottom and 50 year tite-lock.

No water gaps, included entrance with a 10' wing

2 7/8ths" pipe for line and corner posts and were painted

Price will depend on location also .....If you are interested my son started a company B&A metal building and fences. Both boys know how and are experienced at putting them up. Last I heard he had 11 miles of fence to put up....Let me know and I will pm his cell number to you......Andy

We just did 5 miles. Galvanized everything even t post. 3" corner and h braces and 2 7/8 line braces. 20-25k per mile with water gaps, gates, and a pen.

Call mack at ranger fence. He is a great guy.

Where is your ranch, I know a guy out of Dilley that will do it for 15 or less a mile. But not sure how far he will travel. If you want his number let me know.
