No, I can't stand a crowd! I don't like people I don't know milling around and getting too close. I'm not paranoid about it, but there's just too much opportunity for fights and weapons to come out, seen it way too many times at bars, clubs and concerts. Too many people crammed into a tight space, drinking, all it takes is one guy to step on somebody's toes, or brush up against somebody wrong and the fight is on.

As for traffic, well, people can't drive to save their lives. I know I'm not going to do something stupid, but I can't control what the other morons on the road are going to do. The worst anxiety I can ever remember was driving through Houston.

Don't like either, but have learned to deal with it. If I avoided all crowded places and traffic my kids would be recluses.

Ain't to bad if ya plan ahead and just understand it's part of it. Best time to hit Disney is the week after Christmas. Like the 26th thought the 1st of the year. We have been about 10 times so we have it down to an art..lol

We've tried everything from eating early dinner to eating dinner at 9:30 and still, it's always a long line to be seated. She laughs at me because I get so frustrated with it. And you can forget going to a movie on the weekends unless you want to pay $25 to sit shoulder to shoulder in little mexico with a bunch of people who don't know english. But that's a separate frustration in itself.
          1. Sounds like a great business opportunities exist up that way!
          2. Appears there are "other" outstanding issues that u may want to check into.

I agree, really are missing out if you haven't been to at least one college football game. Sure it was crowded but if you get into the game it can be a blast. Got to see Larry the Cable guy in odessa few years ago. It was packed there were lines traffic sucked but I would do it all over again as I haven't laughed that hard in my life.

Now crowed grocery stores are my pet peeve so I now shop really early in the morning before everyone else on weekdays or really late at night.

Big crowds don't bother me too much, especially at an event where it's expected. Now traffic... I can't handle it. I'm a country boy. Our idea of a traffic jam is when the neighbor's cows get out and are in the road. When I get in bad traffic I'm subject to an absolute melt down! I will drive several miles out of my way to avoid it when possible.

Considering it was built in 1924, I'm sure they were expecting this much life out of Death Valley. Less cars, beer drinking, and smaller people to boot. Geaux Tigers!

                  I'm gonna say it anyway.
Only yankees and liberals like crowds.

Nope I can't stand either. I hate just going to the grocery store anymore. Nobody pays attention to anyone besides themselves an it drives me nuts

I've seen some ugly traffic in the Lufkin and Nacogdoches areas over the last few years. Lots of growth happening these days.

I've been to the Republic of Texas Bike Rally twice. Good times. I bet you'd like that. We almost always take in the bike parade and festivities on South Congress St.Two years ago I was in the second row at the PBR bull riding in San Antonio when JB Mooney rode Asteroid. Epic!

I was born and raised in South Texas so I may be a liberal. And I may not. Two things are for sure though:
                            1. I don't care
                            2. Glad crowds don't bother me.

Not a huge fan of big crowds. However, like already stated, I'm not going to let it keep me from having a good time.

As for traffic, I live in H-town, so I learned to tolerate it. If you don't learn to tolerate traffic in H-town, you will have a heart attack at a very young age.
