    Best way to cook halibut?

What's yall's suggestion for this tasty looking halibut? I'm thinking breaded with corn meal and fried like a catfish. Could be cuz I'm craving fried catfish but what does the GS say.

grilled is good, but also baking and topping with BBQ sauce is awesome!

I was given some one time and didnt have a clue so I put pico in a food processor with extra cilantro and grinded it up into nearly a paste and put it on the fish and baked it. It was excellent.

                  Trade it for flounder.

+1, or a beer batter. DO NOT USE CORNMEAL unless you want to ruin the wonderful flavor and texture of the fish. Also, if you grill it I'd recommend using a meat thermometer and take it to 145 so you don't dry out the fish. It cooks very quickly depending on how it's portioned.
