Interesting... last fall I mainly ONLY hunted during the week because of my class schedule and our sons baseball schedule... that would suck to be told no

It does suck. We have our 2nd child due in late August and this place would be perfect being so close to home. Wife gave me the go ahead on it as well.

It's a good lease. Landowner is a nice guy and is not shady.This would be a good spot for someone. Lots of game in the area.

Looks awesome, I personally like the rule. If love to be on a lease if I lived close to it but if I live far away I wouldn't consider one where a bunch of the members lived close by. To me it's a great rule if the landowner is a straight up guy

great piece of land...the land owner is fantastic...and techzan is a very nice stand up guy.
