Good job! I started Paleo a few weeks ago, and quit drinking beer. Lost about 12 lbs in 3 weeks just doing moderate workout (crossfit at home). Then I had an eight day seminar in Houston and fell off the wagon, so I am starting over but I am still 6lbs lighter than I was .

Just finished a 12 mile bike ride in 50 minutes (good for me especially around the streets of Lubbock) and fit into my first pair of 32" waist pants in probably over 30 years and without having to suck on my gut! Man this feels awesome!

Congrats! I am down 26 lbs. I started at 236.8 and I maintain around 210. I walk 2 miles a day and try to eat right. I want to lose about ten more. I might steal your diet, lol.

Rode the longest I have ever ridden on the bike this afternoon. 14 miles and was whooped with the wind hitting me in the face or side for mostly 3 out of the 4 directions I road. Working out with my trainer tomorrow and doing all measurements to see where I am at. Last time I weighed, I had put on a little over 1 pound from my low of 171.6 to 173.1, but lost 1% body fat to go under 20% body fat so that was a positive. With the weight loss, new clothes is costing some bucks! Had to buy a new suit, new sports jacket and polos, casual dress up shirts, dress shirts and ties for hopefully upcoming interviews. That stuff gets expensive for quality stuff, but well worth it!

It is still working. Down this last week from 173.6 to 172.3 but most important, down 2% body fat from 19.1 to 17%!

In the last month I have put an inch on my thighs and arms, tightened my chest and lost over an inch in my neck. I am stoked and more motivated now with these results!

I have found that stress is the best weight loss diet there is. I have gone from 204 to 178 in the last couple of months with my marriage falling apart. I have still been eating and everything about the same I think, but I seem to just be dropping the weight. I don't recommend this diet to anyone though. It sucks.

Man sorry about your situation. Not a good way to loose weight for sure. Prayers sent for your and yours and hopefully things will work out for the best. Hate to hear this from anyone. Take care of yourself and hopefully God will have a plan for you.

It has been a while since I have reported on my effort to loose weight and get in shape. This afternoon I worked out with my trainer and before we started I weighed and took body fat % measurements. Amazingly, I dropped from 173 to 170 in the last week and the biggest surprise of all was going from 19.3% body fat to 16.4% body fat. To say I was extremely pleased and excited is an understatement. Then my trainer proceeded to give me another workout from Hades! Sure feels good to be 61 and be in the best shape I have ever been in since college!
