    Snake guys?

Friend killed all three. Claims they're moccasins. I'm not so sure. Yes I know the heads are missing, it's the only pic. Click image for larger version

They look like water snakes to me too.

Hard to know for sure without seeing the heads but especially the one on the left has a tail that gets stubby pretty quick like a moccasin, and the one on the right has a tint of brown like moccasins can have.

Since they are dead and the heads removed, flip them over and check the belly scales on the tail.
Venomous will be one scale, non-venomous will be divided scales.

                  Good moccasins....dead ones!
I hate those worse than rattlers...if that is possible!

Ran across this fella the other day walking down a deer stand trail...pretty large for a Coral snake...red & yellow kill a fellow! What a lot of people don't know is that their mouth is so small they would literally have to get your pinky finger in their mouth and naw on it to actually envenomate you. They are also rear fanged compared to front fanged like most venomous snakes! From what I was told they are also getting more and more rare to see in Texas, I'm not sure if they are considered endangered but I don't think they are.

They are not moccasins, water snakes. Moccasins are short and fat, water snakes are longer and skinnier...

They're Water Moccasins, no doubts! Belly markings on the center one is a dead giveaway.

The center is a cotton mouth, the others look like diamond backed water snakes.
