      I didn't finish the push-ups but I did finish the squats. I have lost 1 1/4" on each thigh but I also gained weight (which is what I was trying not to do)

        You have added lean muscle to your body is why you gained weight. This is the good weight though. Remember muscle weighs more then fat. Keep up the good work.

          Well I just weighed an I totaled in at 218. Lost 2 pant sizes.

            So a month to drop some inches and pant sizes. Good deal. I could stand to lose a pant size or two. Anyone up for a round two? I'm going to start tomorrow after work.
