    Lake Calcasieu fishing guides

Any body know any good guides? Some buddies and I are trying to get a fishing trip together this fall. Any info would be great!

    Good folks here.

Come experience the incredible opportunities that the pristine waters and beaches of Lower Alabama have to offer.

Im telling you ask for Lee Daudhrill ? SP and you will not be disappointed. Went with him last year from a San Antonio Cca trip. Great Guide, Awesome boat and he knows his stuff. BTW a stroked 350 verado on a 24 foot Haynie will get it.

DO you have a boat? If you do you do not need a guide for that lake. If you have a boat PM me and we can discuss where to fish at. We have fished Calcasiue for years and it really is an easy lake to fish. If not dbaio1 is right on big lake guide service, or you can contact www.cajunguide.com .

We don't have a boat. Keep them coming guys. Gonna do some research. Never been, and with Texas limits changing in September we are looking for a good trip.

Hackberry Rod & Gun. The Stansel brothers are good people. We go there a few times a year and wear em out every time.

Tanya Jinks had her hands full with this big trout she hooked and boated in West Cove on the west side of Calcasieu Lake while fishing with Hackberry Rod & Gun. From the Lousiana Sportsman West Cove is where the specks stack up March 22, 2024  -Don Shoopman Kirk Stansel has seen enough of Calcasieu Lake

                      Blake has it down

Hackberry Rod n gun club is where its at!

Have a very close friend with a house on angler bay drive down there, hung out with a lot of the guides from the rod and gun club, good people, great fishing, and even better times to be had!

I have fished with him several times and have always came back with limits. He put me on a big Tripletail a few years ago that he spotted under a buoy while we were going full speed across the lake. I still don't know how he saw that thing! Great guide!

Never been with Hackberry Rod-N-Gun but I have heard nothing but good things about them. I know lots of guys who have fished with them.

I went a while back with Eric Rue's outfit. http://calcasieucharters.com/

We had a really good time, caught a lot of fish, and ate some great food. I can't say anything bad about his outfit either and would gladly go with him again.
