The one I am eating tonight is Neuske's. I got the package today and cooked up a few sample pieces. My kids came in after dinner and asked if I would cook them some more. Excellent stuff I plan on ordering more. This is the first time I have tried

The best I've ever had was from a feral sow that I raised from a three day old baby. Had her processed at a local butcher shop and it was true meat candy. The second best is from a local butcher shop. Beats store brands hands down IMO.

I get my bacon at Costco. Blue Ribbon brand Center Cut. Comes 4lbs at a time (two 2lb packs together).

I have tried that one also. I have tried some Arkansas bacon from Coursey's in Harrison that was pretty good.

I sure miss the old hometown butcher shops, grow your own then have butchered to order. Try making your own, not hard but time consuming.
