    Another quick attractant that I have used with success is strawberry soda. I get those cheap ones like most quick stop stores sell. Shake them up and spray them all around your feeder and in trees. The hogs can smell it very well it seems.

      I don't use it to necessarily attract but to keep other critters out of it. If I put out just corn, it will be gone in one night, from coons, birds, etc. With diesel, it will lay until hogs come in or just rots. I have cam on pile, zero pics of squirrels, coons, birds or any other critters. That's the point of using it. It doesn't take much and it works as a deterrent to other animals. Not sure why the pigs aren't bothered by it but it works. According to tpwd biologists, it doesn't poison or kill them and doesn't hurt the meat. ( if u saw everything they ate, u would welcome diesel, probably cleans their system lol).
