Pic is a little blurry , but looks like immature Hemiptera. The order contains both benificial and pests. Most likely pest though.

This is correct. I would get rid of them, as Buck Verde said, most insects in the order Hemiptera are pests. Don't take a chance, leaving them around. Your plants will most likely suffer.

Thanks for the Article. Luckily they are not in my house but they have infiltrated my fascia boards on the out side.
