Im so glad this thread came back up... i reread the entire thing again... now that Ive worked in an ER for 2 years and spent some time in a trauma center, some of these are prettt tame compared to things I've seen... especially the motorcycle accidents...
Two rattlesnake bites. Obviously it was my fault. And some really deep cuts and a few broken bones but I wouldn't say those were my fault. They just kind of happened. No missing body parts yet though so I haven't done too bad really.
So I am the four fingered fellar, but have some new ones to share. Not as bad, but still kinda "neat" for those that like such things. I had an 18" rod put in my back in the early '90's from a broken back injury sustained at some point (I assume football?). Fast forward 25 or so years and I was having some hip and lower back pain so I went to an ortho. Here is what the x-rays revealed!! No idea how I did it, but at some point I obviously broke the stainless steel rod! Three months of PT and I guess I am a little better, but not convinced PT is the answer.
Then the other two pics are a result of a MRSA infection I got in my leg (originated as poison Ivy). They cut a big chunk out of my leg.

Your username says you would like it! Makes me kinda sick and it's my dang finger! Here is the end result as of today before they took the stitches out.
I don't know if you guys watch any "Wranglerstar" YouTube videos, but I was laughing at a quote of his the other day. It was something to the effect of "As you get older and wiser, you may still continue to do stupid stuff, but at least you're able to anticipate when something bad is about to happen to you."

Please tell me everyone call you "the *******" now!
How in the heck do you guys keep it together and have the wherewithal to think of pics, I step on a goatheads and go into my Ace Ventura impersonation " AAAUUGHH IT'S TO THE BONE AAUUGHH "
Big log rolled off a splitter onto my big toe when I was doing work for my now FIL back when I was 17. My wife who was then just a nerdy chick came out and sat with me on the driveway as I held my foot and tried not to cry. 7 years later the nail still isn't right and me and nerdy girl have been married for almost a year. Funny how things happen.
