There is a reason someone is selling it especially in that price range. I've been around boats my whole life and they are really just a hole in the water you throw your money in. I work at a boat dealer as well. There are a ton of older boats out there that haven't had their fuel system converted for ethanol in gasoline now. We find fuel lines in the filters, injectors, carburetors etc. Basically the rubber deteriorates from the inside out and can cost you a **** ton of money.

            If it floats, flies or ……has sex…..it's cheaper to rent it.

            That being said, I've owned one everyday of my life since I was 15. I have two now and don't get to fish as much as I'd like.
