We understand your point. The point others are trying to make is that you aren't handling it in the best way on this thread. To me, you seem combative and much like the person the original post was about. I'm sure it's frustrating to have someone mislead the board about WHA, but the way you're handling it isn't necessarily leaving a favorable impression.

I thought my last post was handling it correctly to the only person that thought WHA did something wrong. Just clarifying. Maybe i was wrong starting the thread by calling the guy a POS liar but i couldnt get the story out without calling the guy a liar even if yall had to read between the lines. I felt like he needed some kind of subtitle cause he was lying for the sole purpose to hurt someone without any beneficial gain for himself. Maybe POS was strong but regular liar is week. Maybe the green screen can come up with an appropriate subtitle to the liar. Also he comes back up and said he wasnt lying but that's another lie.

The best way to handle it is to utilize the PM button to ask them how you can clear things up or ignore it. It would be more respectable that way.

Right, but you don't even have to call him a liar at all. You could say "my understanding is that this happened at another archery shop, not at west Houston archery as was represented"

Retail must be a tough business to be in because you occasionally have to deal with this sort of scenario.... That being said, you'll probably gain a lot of favor with potential customers by respectfully standing your ground and pointing out where the other person might be wrong as opposed to being combative and calling names... Just my two cents...
