      Obviously you haven't been hunting and seen the damage the coons do overnight. I filled up a feeder during turkey season and it was empty 5 days later from coons spinning the feeder leaving a huge yellow mound of corn for the hogs in the morning.

                                I trap coons every day here at home and a 2 ft length of rebar driven in the ground and the trap set over it solves the roll over problem. The smart coons used to get trapped and then roll the trap over so the little latch would move away and out they would come. The rebar stops it all..!
