I am building a storage/pump house building around my water well. It will have a concrete foundation.
My question for TBHers is what is the more cost efficient size in regards to not having any wasted materials? Such as lumber, hardware, double doors, couple windows, etc.
I'm not looking for anything to big. Just enough for storage and to get me by while not having my new metal building yet.
As far as plywood cost goes, would the most efficient size for the money be a 12x16x8 building? Correct me if I am wrong but would I not have to make any cuts on plywood?
I plan on making the roof trusses on the ground then Raising them up.
Yes I am somewhat ignorant when it comes to carpentry.
