pretty sure this was my 5th family reunion and several things never change ....
1. no matter how much you walk around and socialize , there are always a handful of people you wish you would have spoken to at BNZA. Time seems to fly on Saturday
2. even if you fasted for a week, you cannot eat every single dish at BNZA ... I missed out on the ribs, guisada, and desert this year
3. the TBH fellowship is 2nd to none. Regardless of how far I have to drive or how much $$ crawfish costs, spending time once a year with my Texas brothers & sisters is PRICELESS
.

1) It is possible to have a hangover at 9:30pm
2) TBHer's are dang good cooks
3) That I would like to be on a team next year (any takers?)
4) That anyone dancing dressed as a pig should always wear pants.
5) My 9yr old can turn 3 shades of RED when exposed to pig ladies underwear
Can anybody please tell me what was the idea behind the pig dance?Last edited by HoneyBee; 03-09-2014, 09:20 PM.

I'm pretty sure it was the same couple that got married during Nanza last year.
I learned that even if you're having second thoughts about going because life is busy, suck it up and go. It always amazes me the number of people that walk up give a good hand shake or warm hug and call me by name. Blows my mind every year.
