Wood piles are scorpion factories. Do you have any dead trees around? A semi living soft wood tree that has holes in it could be a major source. Spraying the exterior of the house will work but that is like trying to keep the heat out in the summer...it is going to get in. You need to find the source. Used to have frequent scorpions and removed a mostly dead tree. Uprooting it had literally hundreds of scorpions crawling out. Poured some fire starter on the tree and BBQ'd them, haven't had any since.
Cleaning leaves and wood will help plus the spraying. If you have weep holes around atone or brick, the aerosol can of Bengal spray is great. It has 200× more active ingredient than other similar sprays.

They will live in your attic, crawl through the ceiling junction boxes and fall on your bed, at night!!!. It took awhile to figure this out, but saw with my own eyes. I took every light fixture and ceiling fan down to seal up the jboxes. Now we get an occasional scorpion, usually when we bring stuff in from the attic or garage. Demon is great stuff to spray as mentioned above and also you should fill your brick weep-holes around your house with copperwool to keep scorpions out and other bugs that scorpions are feeding on.

Demon is definitely the way to go. It takes out everything, spider, scorpions, cockroaches, ants, etc. We had a feed room overun with cockroaches, sprayed that stuff in and around it, looked like a war scene, those suckers slowly crawling out and flipping over dead within 5 minutes. You can buy it locally or off ebay. Comes in powder packets.
I just have this twitch in my neck I cant get rid of now.

Free Shipping and expert advice on a wide range of do it yourself pest control products, pest control supplies, pest control information and more.
these two product is what did it for me.
Cyper WP is a generic of Demon and is used outside due to residue
Talstar P is sprayed along base boards and around plumbing etc. It does not leave a visible residue.
This and a couple of black light flashlights to hunt them outside with has taken us from 10-12 per week in the house to only 3 all last summer.

I use the same thing ( Suspend SC) that I was paying a pest control company to spray every 90 days. The receipts that I had from them for 2 years had the same thing every time they sprayed. I bought it on line and got rid of a 75.00 quarterly bill. We still see scorpions every now and then, but this stuff does a good job.
