Yeap, coons will dig them up and flip them over!! Fox will do it also..

The smaller grey scat on top, in the 2nd picture, looks like bobcat - it has the segmentation that's common with cats. The rest is, for sure, coyote.
Leave the set there at least a week.
For coons I either rob some of the kids' Lucky Charms cereal or some dog food and pour some oil out of a tuna fish tin - a little goes a long way. They sure seem to like the charms in Lucky Charms!

I would figure a bob would be like any other cat and cover it's poop but I don't know
Sometime cats do if so set a trap an you will have him there
