How to attach DP traps to feeder/tree?

    That does seem the easiest way to do it

        Use a chain with a double swivel and attatch to a two foot stake. They don't have a chance of getting it out of the ground.

          I use the one of two set ups for all of my traps, the cable that is pictured above, or I use disposable cable stakes (Berkshires)

            I use heavy wire and attach to a rebar stake driven in the ground.

            Don't attach it too close to a fence.

              I used small chain and quick links tightened w pliers and went around the legs of the feeder, but the legs are buried.
