76/38=2, therefore
A+B = 2(A-B)
A+B = 2A-2B
A-A+B = 2A-A-2B
B = A - 2B
B+2B = A - 2B + 2B
3B = A
3B/B = A/B
3 = A/B
You can check the math to figure out what A and B are if you like by sticking A=3B into either equation figuring out B =19 and then putting that in for B in either equation to figure A = 57 and then checking 57 / 19 = 3.
