                            We had two blue wildebeest lost out of the eight hunters this last year. After watching the video of the shot over and over again, the PH's could do nothing but just shake their heads??? They thought the bull should have been down within 100 yards, and they lost the track at over a mile!!!
                            A few years back,a buddy of mine shot one ....... (with a rocket broadhead.....I told him not to bring those things) And only had about six inches of penetration. About an hour later they turned Sinkie, the jack russle, loose and off we went. The dog caught and bayed him about 400 yards. By the time the hunter reached him, to late, no second shot. That track was lost about a mile or more. Four days later, 6 of us stretched out and walked an area they thought he would have gone to and after about an hour found him. They thought he had only been dead for 24 hours. They are indeed, a tough animal!
                            Looking forward to "the rest of the story".
