Yeah I said gas but was wanting to know about both. Looking for what is better and wont cost me a fourtune when and if it goes in the shop.I just want a truck I can depend on when I drive here in town or on a long distance trip.

Probably looking at used and I would like to have more cab room. Have two teenagers and when we go on long distance trips would like to be comfortable. And I havent even thought about Dodge.

Get a crewcab F150 with the 5.0, its more than enough truck. Ive got a 2012 FX4 and love it. Huge cab, great fuel mileage and smooth ride.

They look kinda funky, but you can't beat a Dodge mega cab for cab space. You might even get more cab room in a half ton Dodge mega cab than an F250 crew.

My dad has had several crew f150's and unless ya play twister in the truck.on road trips I don't know what you would need more room than they have....and if the need.to tow more than.the boat its cheaper still to throw on a set of.rear air bags to compensate for.the load then.you.can save $$$ on gas when.u don't have a load hitched

If your buying used get 2011 or newer. That is when they came out with the new engines. Prior to that they have issues.
