issue in south texas to solve. suggestions?

My lease in South Texas is loaded with hogs. That's ok, but one issue they cause I haven't yet found a GOOD solution to is the way they make a mudhole under most all the feeders after rain. Besides constantly moving the feeders and letting the air out of as many hogs as we can, is there an easy fix to this? Help......i'm frustrated.

oh, and yes I know I can fence them in, but trying to avoid that.

Have you tried 12 volt feed units to sling the corn further out?

ya I have. It just makes the mudhole bigger.

hmmm. this sounds like a simple enough idea.

We pinned all our feeders and hogs left and cut our feed cost in half.

What about some rubber horse mats?

i'm afraid i'll have to as well. That's a pain but I know it works. Possibly only solution, but i'm hoping theres an easier way. Deer ofcourse will jump in a pen, but they don't like them and are always somewhat reluctant to do it.

wouldn't they just push those out of the way?
