    Victoria, TX Internet Provider? HELP!

We are building a home just outside of the city limits of Victoria. I have contacted Suddenlink, AT&T, Comcast, TISD, and Direct TV about having high speed DSL with live streaming and does not seem like it's going to be possible. Only options seems to be HughesNet and it is only these two options and neither include live steaming or DSL.

Anyone have any suggestions, I really don't know what other options we have.

My initial idea was to have a HD antenna for basic local channels + DSL Internet with unlimited data + Apple TV Box (we have macs and iPhones) + Netflix Online. With that combination we could watch everything we want and surf the web.

    Ideas?
    Options?
    Thoughts?

Check with GTech. I think they cover victoria. It'll be a little pricy, usually about $95+tax, but it'll be much better service than that.

Thanks dhillis I'm ok with paying $100-$150 for good Internet since I won't have TV or home phone service.

alright, its gtek and they are only south of you. doesn't look like they cover victoria. Might be worth calling and see if they know of someone that uses the same technology in the victoria area.

Ross, check with Internet America. We just now started using them with good results. I went the Direct tv route and had poor success. They use a data package and my son would burn through it streaming videos off of youtube. Our package with IA is unlimited.
