its funny, you can always tell when Michael Berry is in awe of someone....he actually lets them talk during the interview. It doesn't happen very often, when politicians call they can barely get a word in. No one deserves it more than Marcus

Yep, and that exposure to him was the first I had of him... to this day, I have a hard time liking the guy because of that stupid show. On reflection, I really guess it was the other guy on the show, Scott Robinson that might have been the catalyst and push for how they acted on it.

No doubt Marcus is indeed a hero for us and someone you'd want your kids to grow up and admire... I wish I'd never seen that TV "hunting" show... I think it was "Wild and Raw" or something like that... and "raw" it was...

Yeah, I didn't like this show either. It was better in the second season. I really didn't know Marcus Luttrell from beans until that show and it didn't do him justice.

I almost ended it early anyway when Scott Robinson was in one of those golf carts down at Elm Fork and he darted in front of my truck with it. Good thing my brakes were working well that day.
