Let's see...I have Browning, Benelli, Beretta and Remington. I'll take my Berettas over the others everytime if I could only have one.

Two pretty good choices Dale! When It's "money time" it's o/u for me too... Never been much of a spaz-matic guy until I got to fun shooting my M4 at clays... then got me a 20ga. M2, and those things are amazing firearms... they'll run anything flawlessly... Wish they made a .410 bore in the M2... be a heck of a dove gun!

Would love to help but your buddy is right

I have all the main flavors, but I can shoot the A5 better than any of the others. I guess since I grew up shooting them. When bets start being made on who shoots the most or limits first, I shoot the A5. I really really like my 390, but I don't shoot it as good. 1100 is Ok, and the Special field LT 1100 is a great carrying quail gun. I guess it depends...

How many different chokes do you have for that humpback.

This is about the same as a Mathews vs. Hoyt conversation. I prefer Mathews and of course I think its better than Hoyt! My buddy thinks the other way around, no point in arguing about it though.

My berretta jammed last year for the 1st time since about '99 or so. I'm ashamed of what came out of it when I took it apart.

But there is nothing in this world like leveling down on a covey rise with the old Belgian Auto 5 20ga. 26", I.C.....no plug!

I'll take a browning over any other shotgun out there. I have browning, beretta, and Remington shotguns. Nothing beats a browning citori

It's like arguing Ford vs. Chevy trucks.
                          I like my Dodge RAM.
It comes down to can you hit what you're aiming at. I highly doubt either of you will shoot enough to argue which wears out first.

I don't have "different chokes" I have different barrels! From skeet to full.

Benelli hands down! It can be used as a boat paddle, pry bar, walking stick, and kill a bird or two without skipping a beat.

However, in your case, the 1100 is better....Sorry
